One of the biggest problems faced by managers nowadays is composing the correct price, which can cover all costs and expenses and still obtain the expected financial return. This work aims to demonstrate the criteria used in the formation of service prices in a small condominium management company. Cost Accounting holds sufficient information when dealing with the elements and structure to compose this training. The results found demonstrate the reality of a small company that does not practice any kind of formal control over its expenses.
