Abstract

This article is intended for analysis as the main characteristics of Brazilian scientific studies with thematic management of studies. Its main objective is to analyze the scientific production on the subject of publications in the electronic library of Scientific Periodicals Electronic Library (SPELL), with a time frame from 2016 to 2020. It is a descriptive study, carried out in the form of a bibliometric study, with a bibliographic and bibliographic negotiation approach. In this context, research was limited to verifying the title, the year of publication, the number of authors, and the same classification according to the Qualis Capes criteria. With publications, there are published scientific publications related to the topic, given that they are working on what good resource management has in relation to the service of organizations.
